Commissions under $100 require full payment upfront.

Commissions over $100 require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due before final delivery.

VTuber commissions are paid in three milestone payments.

Additional milestones may be arranged if needed.

Full refunds are available before work begins.

Once work has started, the initial deposit becomes non-refundable.

Refunds after work has begun will be considered based on the amount of work completed and a partial refund may be offered.

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at any point. If I cancel your commission, any applicable refund will be issued.

To keep your project moving, timely communication is appreciated.

If I don't receive a response within 14 days, your commission may be paused until I hear back from you. Once communication is resumed, your commission will continue when my schedule allows.

Please provide references and a good description of what you would like in your commission before work begins.

Clearly communicate requested changes during the revision stages.

Completion times vary depending on project size and current workload.

For vtubers, please do not schedule a debut or other important event too close to the estimated delivery date.

Sketch revisions are included.

Minor corrections after approval (small fixes or artist mistakes) are free.

Changes to the approved design, pose, expression, outfit, or any request outside the original scope may incur additional fees.

Completed work will be delivered digitally.

Please download and back up your files after delivery. While I'm happy to resend files if I still have them, I cannot guarantee permanent backups.

I retain the copyright to all artwork unless otherwise agreed.

I also reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio and on social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise stated, purchased artwork is for personal use.

Personal use includes streaming, content creation, Twitch, YouTube, Discord, profile pictures, and social media.

Commercial rights must be discussed beforehand or explicitly included in the listing.

Resell or redistribute my artwork or files.

Claim my artwork or rigging as your own.

Remove artist credits or creator tags where applicable.

Use my artwork, models, or files to train AI or machine learning systems.

Mint my artwork as NFTs or use it in blockchain-related technologies.

Use my artwork or PSD files as a base for resale.

Live2D project files (.cmo3) are not included. Models are delivered with the compiled (.moc3) files and all files required to use the avatar in supported tracking software.

I do provide the PSD file with the cut up model.

A setup guide is included with every model.

I'm happy to help regarding missing files or issues directly related to my artwork or rigging.

I cannot provide technical support for third-party software such as VTube Studio, VBridger, OBS, or webcam/iPhone setup etc.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring their computer and software meet the requirements for using the model before purchase. Refunds will not be issued due to incompatible hardware or software.

Commission additional outfits, expressions, accessories, or rigging.

Resell or redistribute the model or source files.
